My Dr. Seuss Lorax Cake

This was a special cake I wanted to make and enter into a contest at school. I chose the Lorax because I love that movie!

The cakes don't look great at the beginning when I'm putting them together, but after all the frosting is on and the fondant is added, it looks pretty good. I'm very happy with how it turned out. My mom took a funny video of me rolling out the fondant, but I decided not to add it to my blog. Maybe one day I'll come back to this post and add the video … we will see.
